How long does creation and delivery take?
Your portrait is created within 48 to 72 hours after your order is received.
If you request a preview, we will send it to you for approval within this timeframe, before printing.
Once approved — or automatically after this period if no preview was requested — production begins.
Delivery then takes place within 4 to 6 working days.
